二、教学方面

以课堂教学为中心，充分发挥自习正课一体化的自学作用。课前认真钻研教材，对教学内容做到心里有数，着重进行单元备课。与同组老师探讨、集体备课。共同计划、安排，解决课堂教学问题。在多数的课堂教学中使用白板等多媒体辅助教学，为学生创设各种情景，激发学生的学习兴趣。更重要！

增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化、准确化、条理化、情感化和互动化。做到线索清晰、层次分明、言简意赅、深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生间的交流，充分体现学生是课堂的主人，让学生学得轻松，学的愉快。

注意精讲精练，在课堂上，老师讲得尽量少，学生动口动手尽量多，同时在每一堂课上都能充分考虑每个层次学生的学习需求和学习能力，让每个层次的学生都得到提高。

三、培养学生学习习惯

在培养学生学习习惯的过程中，首先鼓励学生养成独立完成作业的习惯，针对部分学生作为懒散，应付公事，我通过同桌和小组之间的完成情况，让他们形成竞争，不做学习的懒人，对激发学生的学习兴趣起到了很好的效果。

四、后进生的培养辅导

五、提高自身学习方面

在平时的教学工作之余，我喜欢静下心来思考回顾这段时间内的问题，在教学工作反面及在与学生交流成长方面，品味着工作中的苦与乐，用自己真实的声音写下每一天的感受。用心去体验生活与工作，感悟其中的进步与成功。在这一实习阶段，不仅使自己的教学技能从最初的青涩到逐步的成熟，在与学生交流中也变得更加干练，更加了解学生的内心。

每一个孩子，都有不同的性格，拥有自己的个性，实习这一学期所带来的经验，是在我一生中都适用的，我要不断去思考，其提高自己的人生价值。

在实习的学期中，我在1524班做副班主任，见习并处理一些杂乱事务。现将本学期的工作总结如下：

我认真学习学校下发的“副班主任工作职责”，对照着认真执行。一学期来，在校领导的正确领导下，本人的思想、教育、教学取得了一定的成绩。能积极配合班主任管理好班级的各项工作。具体说来，这学期我致力于以下这几方面的工作：

一、本学期我积极配合好班主任的日常工作及做好班级的日常工作，并能协助班主任处理班级的一些事务。平时，积极配合班主任做好班级的管理工作，了解班级里的大小事情，主动关心每一位学生，课上与课下，注意观察学生的言谈举止，发现不好的现象及时纠正。我找本班学生名学生面对面谈话，了解他们的苦恼，指出他们的不足，不断鼓励他们。无论是什么样的学生，我都坚持一视同仁，努力树立他们的信心。

作为一名副班主任，我们应该配合班主任认真抓好班级管理工作，充分发扬民主，让全体学生积极参与管理，千方百计调动他们的积极性和创造性，培养他们独立自主的精神和自我管理的能力，逐步完成由教师管理向学生管理的过渡，真正扮演好引路人和协调者的角色。

以后我会一如既往地与班主任配合，积极参与班级的日常管理与班级文化的建设，参加班级的集体活动。力争把副班主任工作做细做好。

这一学期的定岗生活即将结束，回想这四个月收获的、经历的、难忘的，一幕幕都在我的脑海里回放。

x老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是习题的评讲。那些题目自己做倒是能做上，只是要自己讲出个所以然来却非常困难。尤其是那些什么先行词、介词、连词之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。课后说与x老师，他说都这样的，知识整合成结构系统都是做了教师以后慢慢整理出来的。自己听了稍微宽了心，以后再听课留意下老师的串讲。

后来的日子里还去听了x老师、x校长的课。x老师年轻，讲课时课堂气氛很活泼，孙校长讲课细致，到底是比较有经验。开始以为高中上课也必须全英语的，后来发现其实并不一定都要英语的，适当的汉语解释有助于学生的理解。

2、作业批改

英语的作业主要是英语周报以及课课练的试卷。高中的课程很注重练习。每天都必须一定量的练习训练。英语作业大都是选择题，所以改起来不算麻烦。不过还是发现了自己改作业的缺陷，同样一个班的试卷，别人十来分钟就批完了，自己恁是要花上个把个小时。后来还是尤老师教了自己，原来批改作业也有方法讲究的。若将答案写在另一张纸上，abcd答案与试卷答案的间隔一样，批改起来只需将不一致的划掉就可以了，这样批改起来效率果然可以高很多。批改时发现有些题目学生错的比较集中，甚至答案都错到一个选项上，说明那个题目很容易被误导到那个错选项上。这样讲评时便需要着重讲解。批改作业主要也就是为了了解学生的掌握程度，以及查漏补缺吧。

3、课堂教学

高一的学生还很活跃，教他们讨论问题时都很快的讨论起来，只是还是很难主动自己站起来回答问题。任何时候点名回答问题还是必须的。本来预计将welcome讲完将reading也提下的，结果还是没赶上。课后老师说自己讲的还好，学生也挺配合我的，心里面甜丝丝的，倒是惠的实话给了自己一记。她说她坐在后面根本听不清的。自己觉得自己声音已经不小的，后面都听不清，看来若想做教师，这嗓音还是需要训练的。想来老师只是给自己鼓励才那样说的。

后来又讲了两节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲习题时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。还有一个就是任务型阅读。这是高考新增的题型，高一也开始训练。说白了，任务型阅读主要就是mainpoint的概括，x老师讲做任务型阅读先要看空，分析出应当填什么词性的单词，然后在原文中找出类似的表达，变换下也就能写出答案来了。特别要注意首字母的大小写。

讲课时时间的安排要紧凑，发现自己讲课时说话太慢，讲的内容少而杂乱，没有形成程序。以后还是要注重锻炼自己的速度，思维要敏捷，做事情要干练。

二、班主任工作

自己并没有实习班主任工作，不过从旁看了些指导老师做的班主任工作。班主任与学生既要亲切又不能失了尊重与敬畏。有一天x老师将班上的每个人都找来谈了一番话，语重心长，学习生活上有什么困难，学习要注意怎样的方法，数学要重点抓，英语要多读多背之类的都一一给与建议。有个学生比较内向，一直郁郁寡欢的样子，x老师劝解了半天也不开口讲话，这样的学生只得慢慢的多加开导，让他心情开朗起来才能愉快学习。

三、了解优秀教师，了解学生情况

办公室的老师们真正是朝五晚九的辛苦一族。每天早上六点多就得到办公室批作业，到班上陪学生早读。晚上陪学生自习到九点半。又是备课，又是批改作业，时不时的还得将学生带到办公室给他们默写。他们默默奉献，将自己的热情献给了教育事业。要想做得好，必须先热爱这份事业。

高中学生的辛苦与老师比是有过之而无不及。每天他们在清晨的朗朗读书声中开始，在知识的收获后睡去。然而他们正处于青春年少，精力充沛，有理想，有抱负，热爱讨论，渴望知识，是一派欣欣向荣的希望，光明的未来掌握在他们手中。

四、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结：

1.课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“xxx”教学法等。

2.课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3.讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4.板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5.讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

五、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答，老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

三、实习内容

首先，英语教学。

指导我英语教学的是一位多年从事英语教学的老教师，可以说在教学上经验丰富。老师在教学模式上虽然还是很传统的，但其丰富的教学经验和深厚的英语知识积淀却是巨大的宝库，是永远不会过时的。很庆幸自己遇到了这样一位好的指导老师。我在英语教学方面的主要工作是以下几方面：

1、听课

听课这一环节占据了我实习的大部分时间，也是很重要的一个环节。听课的主要目的在于明确当今英语实际授课的情况，看指导老师如何组织一堂课，如何讲课，如何和学生沟通。最主要目的就是学会自己上课。

在听课方面，我总是尽量的多听课，为自己积累经验，除了听自己的指导老师的课，还去听其他的指导老师说的课，偶尔碰巧也会听实习老师的课。听的课也是五花八门，整合起来正好是一个单元的授课全过程，包括单词的学习，单元的导入，课文的讲解，语法的分析，练习题和单元测试的讲评。

经过两周的听课训练，我基本了解了当今高中英语课的授课模式和流程。现在的课堂虽然有多媒体的辅助，但基本上还是以教师讲解为中心，只是在课堂形式和授课方式上有所改变，课堂也更加灵活。听课过程中我着重注意老师讲课的语气，内容的详略，课堂活动的组织以及课堂指令的发送。同时，也会反思老师为什么这样做，如果换做是我我又会如何讲课，会不会做得更好。所有这些都为我的实战课铺平了道路。

2、作业批改

实习生唯一能帮指导老师做的可能就是批改学生的日常作业。虽然在以往的学习中也或多或少的帮老师改过作业，但现在是以老师的身份批改。正是在作业批改中体会到了作业的巨大作用，通过作业可以发现学生当前学习中存在的问题。以前作为学生，总觉得作业是一种负担，今天才算真正了解老师的良苦用心。每次批改作业都会详细的记录每位学生存在的问题，并在作业上留下相应的评语，或是鼓励，或是指出问题所在。

通过作业的批改还可以了解学生的性格特点，比如有的学生认真，有的诚实，有的则粗心大意毛手毛脚。渐渐地发现自己喜欢上了批改作业，批改作业的过程似乎是在跟学生进行心灵的交流，真是一种享受。但批改作业的难点在于如何写评语。大众化的评语，不仅学生连我自己都厌倦了，为了写出有新意的评语我真是绞尽脑汁。这些积累又是我的一大财富。

3、讲课

经过两周的见习听课，迎来了我的重头戏，讲课。指导老师给予我极大的信任，给我一个单元的内容，用两周的时间，按照自己的安排，自主完成全部的教学内容。为了不影响我的授课思路，老师没有给我他上课使用的课件。老师鼓励我按照自己的思路放心大胆的教。在内容安排上，授课形式上老师也完全尊重我的意愿。

首先进行的便是备课。

平日里看老师上课很轻松，可是到自己真正备起课来还真不是件容易的事。备课不是简单地重现教材，但教材却是备课的基础。我仔细阅读了教材和教师用书对教学大纲的要求，慢慢的形成了自己的思路，然后再一点一点以文字的形式呈现出来，一节课便初具模型了。但其中的细节却不是一两句话可以说得清楚的，不仅是涵盖知识点，还要充分考虑学生的情况。如何用生动的语言把知识传授给学生并且让学生乐于接受。对这一切只能是站在学生的立场思考，想他们想学到什么，想以什么样的方式学。

备课后接下来便是实战了，走上课堂，正式的给学生上课。

真实的课堂与学校模拟的课堂可以说是天壤之别。我面对的是一群实实在在的学生，我不是在模拟教学，也不是在讲示范课，而是实际的教学生新知识，我教的好坏直接决定了他们的学习。好在有指导老师听课，很感激老师的付出，每节课都在教室后面听我讲课，课后又给我提供指导性的意见和建议。

在这短短的两个星期中，我获得了以下六点收获以及体会：

第四，不要眼高手低。简单的业务也要踏踏实实认真完成。学习中不好的习惯如果带到了自己的工作中，不仅影响自己做业务的效率，也影响了自己的产出的价值。对于公司来说，这是一种隐性亏本买卖。

第五，实习就是实践经验积累的过程。而好的实习经历能够使我们的简历存在闪光之处，吸引HR的眼球，增强求职就业竞争力。

三、自我评价及今后努力的方向
